Objectives (according to the project proposal)
O1. To define, map and profile formally institutionalized actors of Romanian civil society in Transylvania (18th century to 1920s)
O2. To define, map and profile non-institutionalized Romanian civil society in Transylvani
O3. To analyze and assess the relation between Romanian civil society and the nation-building process
O4. To analyze and assess the relation between Romanian civil society and democratization
O5. To provide a framework of analysis of the relation between civil society, nation-building and democracy for the chosen case study (the Romanians in Transylvania and Hungary)
O6. To disseminate the project results.
